Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profitability and institutional ownership on the value of companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as causal research. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Sample selection by purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study were 35 companies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression using the Eviews 9 program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has no effect on firm value, liquidity has no effect on firm value, profitability has no effect on firm value, and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Institutional Ownership Value of the Company. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh, struktur modal, likuiditas, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang kausal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 9. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Institusional Nilai Perusahaan.
