Abstract

Tangerang City is one of the cities in the Greater Jakarta area which has a large river (Cisadane) which is relatively clean and has the potential to be developed, especially around the old city center. One that is very strategic and has historical value is the area around Kalipasir. A very strategic area because it is adjacent to the station and the Cisadane river. In the Old Town Area, there are forts, mosques and some interesting historical places, although perhaps the situation is still not in order. One of the plots which is currently the hall of Tangerang Municipality, it is assumed that several facilities will be developed which are expected to further enliven the area and improve the functional, visual and environmental qualities, but still maintain historical value. The design of the building is expected to be able to respond to the river as the foreground, the station as a node of movement, the old city as one of the regional magnets and its position at the T-junction where there is a large mosque. The building is expected to be a connecting point from and to the station/Kalipasir/park on the banks of the Cisadane river, as well as a new facility that revives the area in the form of a meeting building and several supports, an amphitheater, etc. The meeting hall can be used for weddings, exhibitions, birthdays, seminars, meetings, and other activities whose capacities can be flexible but follow the provisions of local government regulations. Keywords: Terrace Kalipasir, Tangerang Kota Tangerang merupakan salah satu kota di kawasan Jabodetabek yang mempunyai sungai besar (Cisadane) yang relatif bersih dan sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan, terutama di sekitar pusat kota lamanya. Salah satu yang sangat strategis dan bernilai sejarah yaitu kawasan di sekitar Kalipasir. Kawasan yang sangat strategis karena bersebelahan dengan stasiun dan sungai Cisadane. Di Kawasan Kota Lama, ada benteng, masjid dan beberapa tempat bersejarah yang menarik walau mungkin situasinya masih belum teratur. Salah satu kavling yang saat ini menjadi pendopo Kotamadya Tangerang, diasumsikan akan dikembangkan beberapa fasilitas yang diharapkan lebih menghidupkan kawasan dan meningkatkan kualitas fungsional, visual, serta lingkungan, tetapi tetap memelihara nilai historis. Rancangan bangunan tersebut diharapkan mampu merespon sungai sebagai latar depan, stasiun sebagai simpul pergerakan, kota lama sebagai salah satu magnet kawasan serta posisinya di pertigaan yang terdapat masjid besar. Bangunan tersebut diharapkan sebagai titik hubung dari dan ke stasiun/Kalipasir/taman di tepian sungai Cisadane, dan sekaligus sebagai fasilitas baru yang menghidupkan kawasan berupa gedung pertemuan dan beberapa penunjang, amphiteater dll. Gedung pertemuan dapat untuk pernikahan, pameran, ulang tahun, seminar, rapat, dan kegiatan lainnya yang kapsitasnya dapat fleksibel tetapi mengikuti ketentuan aturan Pemda.
