Abstract
This study examines the relationship between resilience and work stress of members of the National Police at the Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya Directorate. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between resilience and work stress of members of the National Police at the Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya Directorate using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used was stratified random sampling with N = 333 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires with resilience variables consisting of 21 question items and work stress consisting of 25 question items. Hypothesis analysis used is Pearson Product Momment with Significant Negative results sig.0,00 <0.01 (r = -0,355) results that there is a significant negative relationship between resilience with work stress of Polri members at the Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya Directorate Keyword : Resilience, Job Stress Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai hubungan antara resiliensi dengan stress kerja anggota Polri pada Direktorat Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara resiliensi dengan stress kerja anggota Polri pada Direktorat Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah stratified random sampling dengan N = 333 responden. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dengan variabel resiliensi terdiri dari 21 item pertanyaan dan stress kerja terdiri dari 25 item pertanyaan. Analisa hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Pearson Product Momment dengan hasil Negatif Signifikan sig.0,00< 0,01 (r = -0,355) menghasilkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara resiliensi dengan stress kerja anggota Polri pada Direktorat Sabhara Polda Metro Jaya.
