Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this research is 55 employees of PT. Hudaya Maju Mandiri. The sample used is a saturation sampling in which the specimen was determined by taking the entire population as a respondent or sample. The methods of data collection using a survey method, with a research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The research proves that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan PT. Hudaya Maju Mandiri. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dimana penentuan sampel dengan cara mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai responden atau sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
