Abstract

This study aims: To determine the direction and strength of the effect of preventive maintenance on the performance of K3 transportation at the Mining Service Company PT. XYZ. To determine the direction and strength of the influence of traffic management on the performance of K3 transportation in the Mining Services Company PT. XYZ. To determine the direction and strength of the influence of technology and communication on the performance of K3 transportation in the Mining Services Company PT. XYZ. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 145 workers and staff who worked in the construction service company PT. XYZ. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique, the sample taken is 145 workers and staff who work in the construction service company PT. XYZ. The results of this study indicate that: There is an effect of preventive maintenance on the performance of K3 transportation. There is an effect of traffic management on the performance of K3 transportation. There is an influence of technology and communication support on the performance of K3 transportation. There is an effect of operator concern on the performance of K3 transportation. Keywords: Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Traffic Management, Technology and Communication Support, Operator Care, OHS Performance of Transportation Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui arah dan kekuatan pengaruh pemeliharaan preventif terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi di Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan PT. XYZ. Untuk mengetahui arah dan kekuatan pengaruh manajemen trafik terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi di Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan PT. XYZ. Untuk mengetahui arah dan kekuatan pengaruh teknologi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi di Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pekerja dan staff yang bekerja di perusahaan jasa Pertambangan PT. XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini penelitian ini mengacu pada pernyataan Hair, sampel yang diambil adalah 145 para pekerja dan staff yang bekerja di perusahaan jasa Pertambangan PT. XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh pemeliharaan preventif terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi. Terdapat pengaruh manajemen trafik terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi. Terdapat pengaruh dukungan teknologi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi. Terdapat pengaruh kepedulian operator terhadap kinerja K3 transportasi.
