Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and employee performance competencies. The population in this study were employees at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. The sample used is 40 respondents. The sampling method uses the Quantitative Method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, competence , Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Kompetensi Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 40 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
