Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Job Stress, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. The population in this study were employees at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors located in Cipondoh Tangerang with a total of 40 employees. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 40 respondents. This study uses the Smart PLS data analysis technique. Based on the statistical tests conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Management Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Keywords: Work Discipline, Management Stress, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors yang berlokasi di Cipondoh Tangerang dengan jumlah sebanyak 40 karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Smart PLS. Berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Manajemen Stres berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT.
