Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. This research was conducted on 75 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Harrisma Informatika Jaya Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
