Abstract

This study aim to analyze and determine th effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. The population in this study is all of teacher in SDIT Tunas Harapan Ilahi. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The sample in this study were 59 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. With data analysis method Variance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tool Smart-PLS 3.0.0. The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the interest Teacher Performance and Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on the interest Teacher Performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Tunas Harapan Ilahi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh (sensus). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan metode analisis data Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.0.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Guru
