Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Mowilex Indonesia. Population in this research is 310 employee of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used is 150 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling technique using the hair et all formula. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a qurstionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS 25 for descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 3.0. This study proves that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mowilex Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 310 karyawan PT. Mowilex Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus hair et all. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 untuk analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Model dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja tidak ada pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
