Abstract
This study is to determine the influence of motivation,compensation,and discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is employees PT.Gilang Pratama Santoso. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach. There fore,the data analysis used is a statistical analysis in smartPLS. The primary data used were collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. Data analysis was performed using Partia Least Square (PLS) whichwas processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of previous studies indicate that motivation, compensation and discipline have a significant effect on employe performance. So it is assumed that there are three independent variables and one dependent variable which is used as a hypothesis. . Keywords : Motivation, Compensation ,Discipline, Empoyee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Gilang Pratama Santoso. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriktif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk analisis smartPLS. data primer yang digunakan, dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner pada seluruh responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompensasi dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka diasumsikan terdapat tiga variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen yang dijadikan hipotesis. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Kompensasi, Disiplin, Kinerja Karyawan
