Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and to find out the effect of Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover and Firm Size on Firm Value. The type of data used is a secondary data, with the methodof collecting documentation data from the IDXwebsite (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is a sector property and real estate company who has been registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018 -2020. Sample is taken using a purposive sampling method in companies that publish the required data for this research in their annual reports. From 81 sector property and real estate companies that listed on IDX, only 53 companies who have a complete data to be researched for 3 periods, and there are 159 samples obtained. The test used is the descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. In processing the data using the application program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The result of this study shows that simultaneously the variabel Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover and Firm Size have a significant effect on firm value. The results showed that Capital Structure and Firm Size had no effect on Firm Value, while the Working Capital Turnover had a positive and significant effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, Firm Size and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal, Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2020. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 81 perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 53 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti selama 3 periode, sehingga didapat 159 sampel. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Dalam mengolah data menggunakan program aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal, Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan Perputaran Modal Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Nilai Perusahaan.
