Abstract
This study is to determine the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Directorate of Environmental Impact Prevention of Regional and Sector Policies. The subjects of this study were employees who worked in the Directorate of Environmental Impact Prevention of Regional and Sector Policies. The population in this study was all employees at the Directorate of Environmental Impact Prevention of Regional and Sector Policies as many as 53 respondents. This study used saturated sampling techniques. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study show that Leadership Style has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.206 and a T-statistical value of 1,289, the Work Environment has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.322 and a T-statistical value of 1,627, and Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with an original sample value of 0.346 and a T-statistical value of 2,435. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Direktorat Pencegahan Dampak Lingkungan Kebijakan Wilayah dan Sektor. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Direktorat Pencegahan Dampak Lingkungan Kebijakan Wilayah dan Sektor. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Direktorat Pencegahan Dampak Lingkungan Kebijakan Wilayah dan Sektor sebanyak 53 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.206 dan nilai T-statistik sebesar 1.289, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.322 dan nilai Tstatistik sebesar 1.627, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0.346 dan nilai T-statistik sebesar 2.435.
