Abstract

Board Game is one of the media to convey information that is packaged in interesting and entertaining games, board game games have also been designed in such a way according to the type of game. As its development there are several variations of board games to play. The main purpose of the design of this work is to provide alternative solutions to facilitate the performance of the tour guide in conveying information to prospective tourists who use travel services, especially travel tours to Bandung. Develop information in new concepts that are integrated by the design of attractive tourist attractions so that it can easily get the attention of potential tourists. Board Games become an interactive media that is suitable for conveying information persuasively and creating interaction between players in the game. Keywords: Board Game, Tourist Attractions, Information, Tourism Board Game merupakan salah satu media untuk menyampaikan informasi yang dikemas dalam permainan yang menarik dan menghibur, permainan board game juga telah didesain sedemikian rupa sesuai dengan jenis permainannya. Seiring perkembangannya ada beberapa variasi board game untuk dimainkan. Tujuan utama dari rancangan karya ini adalah memberikan alternatif solusi untuk memudahkan kinerja para Tour guide dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada para calon wisatawan yang memakai jasa perjalanan khususnya perjalanan wisata ke Bandung. Melakukan pengembangan informasi dalam konsep baru yang dipadukan oleh desain tempat-tempat wisata yang menarik agar mudah mendapat perhatian dari calon wisatawan. Board Game menjadi media interaktif yang cocok untuk menyampaikan informasi secara persuasi dan menciptakan interaksi antar pemain didalam permainan.
