Abstract
TotalQualityManagement(TQM)isoneofthephilosophiessupportedbythecompany thatneedstobeimproved,sothatthecompanycanproduceneedsthatareinlinewith customer expectations. One of the hotel & resortconstructioncompaniesthatusesTQM as aqualitymanagementconceptintheircompanyinordertomeettheneedsin accordancewithcustomerdemand,buttheprojectrequiresadelayofoneyearfromthe initialplan,oneofwhichisinaccordancewithinternalcommunicationproblems. TQMonpartialoroverallprojectperformanceontophotel&resortconstruction projects.ByusingthequestionnaireasameasurementtoolandSPSSsoftwarefordata processingapplicationsobtained. TherewasanincreaseinTQMtoincreaseperformanceby82.3%.Aswellastheresults of theperformanceoftheTQMindicatorpartiallyonprojectperformanceare46.8% formanagementcommitment,43.5%fortraining,51.1%forcontinuousimprovement, 59.8% forcooperation,58.7%forleadershipquality,66.9%forcustomersatisfaction, 62.9% forcustomersatisfaction,62.2%forcustomercommunication,62.2%for customercommunication,69.6%fortotalqualityandmeasurement,79.4%forprocess improvement,69.5%foracquisitionofsuppliers. Keywords:TotalQualityManagement(TQM),SPSS,ConstructionProjects TotalQualityManagement (TQM)adalahsuatufilosofikomprehensifaktifitas perusahaanyangberfokuskepadaperbaikanberkesinambungan,Agarperusahaandapat menghasilkankebutuhansesuaidenganekspektasipelanggan.Salahsatuperusahaan konstruksihotel&resortyangmenggunakanTQMsebagaikonsepmanajemenkualitas di perusahaannyaagardapatmenghasilkankebutuhansesuaidenganpermintaan pelanggan,namunproyektersebutmengalamiketerlambatansatutahundarirencana awal,salahsatunyadisebabkanolehmasalahkomunikasiinternal. KonseppenelitianiniuntukmengujipengaruhpenerapanTQMterhadapkinerjaproyek secaraparsialataupunsecarabersamaankhususnyapadaproyekkonstruksihotel& resortpuncak.DenganmenggunakankuisonersebagaialatukurdansoftwareSPSS untukaplikasipengolahandatayangdiperoleh. HasilmenunjukkanbahwapengaruhTQMterhadapkinerjaproyekkonstruksi menggunakanregresiliniersederhanaadalahsebesar82.3%.Sertahasilpengaruh indikatorTQMsecaraparsialterhadapkinerjaproyekadalah46.8%untukkomitmen manajemen,43.5%untukpelatihan,51.1%untukperbaikanberkesinambungan,59.8% untukkerjasama,58.7%untukkualitaskepemimpinan,66.9%untukkepuasan pelanggan,62.2%untukkomunikasi,69.6%untuktotalkualitasdanpengukuran,79.4% untukpeningkatanproses,69.5%untukketerlibatanpemasok.
