Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and work discipline on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Intellisys Tripratama. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Intellisys Tripratama. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample so that all members of the population are sampled, then the sample is 50 employees. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool or partial least square analysis. This study proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a t-statistic value of (2,404). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a t-statistic value of (2,905). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a t-statistic value of (1.974). Intellisys Tripratama. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Intellisys Tripratama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, maka yang dijadikan sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS atau analisis partial least square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar (2.404). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar (2.905). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar (1.974).
