Abstract
Employees are one of the human resources in the Company. Employee performance in the Company has an important role in achieving company goals. Employees must be truly competent in their fields and employees must also be able to serve optimally. A good person's performance can be influenced by compensation, work motivation and work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Jolie's Global Indonesia uses the Causal method with Quantitative Analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Jolie's Global Indonesia. The research procedure starts from collecting data through questionnaires, conducting data analysis, and preparing research reports. The number of samples studied amounted to 50 employees. The data used in this study is primary data that researchers obtained directly from the source. This study states that compensation, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jolie's Global Indonesia. Keyword : compensation, work motivation, work discipline, employe performance. Karyawan merupakan salah satu SDM yang berada di Perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan mempunyai peran penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Karyawan harus benar-benar kompeten dibidangnya dan karyawan juga harus mampu mengabdi secara optimal. Kinerja seseorang yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. Jolie‟s Global Indonesia menggunakan metode Kausal dengan Analisis Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Jolie‟s Global Indonesia. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, melakukan analisis data, dan menyiapkan hasil laporan penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti berjumlah 50 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang peneliti peroleh langsung dari sumbernya. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. Jolie‟s Global Indonesia. Kata kunci : kompensasi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan.
