Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and compensation on turnover intention at PT Perkasa Teknik Operational Division. This research was conducted at PT.Perkasa Teknik Operational Division. The object of research is all employees of PT.Perkasa Teknik Operational Division. This research was conducted on 111 using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using the Slovin formula so that the sample used is 87 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method with the instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) with Smart PLS analysis tool. This study proves that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Compensation, and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT Perkasa Teknik Divisi Operational. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Perkasa Teknik Divisi Operational. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Perkasa Teknik Divisi Operational. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 111 dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 responden Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stuktural eqution model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
