Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, employee empowerment, and cooperation on the performance of kerta at the KPU (General Election Commission) office. The population and sample in this study were 32 employees. The sampling method using saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population. The data collected uses survey data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 32 employees of the KPU (General Election Commission) office. This research uses Partial Least Square analysis method. The results showed that work discipline did not have a significant positive effect on work performance, employee empowerment and cooperation had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the KPU (General Election Commission) office. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Empowerment, and Cooperation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perngaruh disiplin kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan kerja sama terhadap kinerja kerta pada kantor KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum). Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan data survey dalam bentuk kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 32 karyawan kantor KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan dan kerjasama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum).
