Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Profitability, Investment Decisions, and Company Size on Firm Value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling with the number of samples according to the criteria is 19 manufacturing companies in the food & beverage sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period (2016 — 2018). The results showed that the profitability variable had a significant effect on firm value. This study also showed that investment decisions had no effect on firm value with a negative coefficient, and firm value could not be relied on by firm size. Keywords: Profitability, Investment Decision, Company Size, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Keputusan Investasi, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample sesuai kriteria adalah 19 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan & minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode (2016 - 2018). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa keputusan investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan arah koefisien bernilai negative, dan nilai perusahaan tidak dipengaruhi oleh ukuran perusahaan.
