Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, competence, work motivation on employee performance. PT. Telkom Access Network Site Operation (STO) Division of Telkom Jakarta Kota which is a branch office that has quite a lot of customers. Respondents in this study were employees of STO Telkom Jakarta City. The sample in this study amounted to 80 employees of STO Telkom Jakarta City. The data analysis method used is PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that compensation, competence, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at STO Telkom Jakarta City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. PT. Telkom Divisi Access Network Site Operation (STO) Telkom Jakarta Kota yang merupakan kantor cabang yang cukup banyak memiliki pelanggan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan STO Telkom Jakarta Kota. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 Karyawan STO Telkom Jakarta Kota. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompenasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada STO Telkom Jakarta Kota Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
