Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of government regulations, compensation and work facilities on job satisfaction of contract employees at the South Jakarta Region I Education Sub-Department. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Smart-PLS. The population of the South Jakarta Region I Education Sub-dept. of contract employees with a sample 130 respondents consisting of teachers and contract technical staff (honorary) for elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school in the Education Office Region I, South Jakarta Administrative City. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that government regulations have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Peraturan Pemerintah, Kompensasi dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kontrak Pada Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Populasi karyawan kontrak Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Jakarta Selatan dengan sampel 130 responden yang terdiri dari Guru dan Tenaga Teknis Kontrak (Honorer) Jenjang Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas, dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang ada di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah I Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh . Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.
