Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The research data is primary data that can be obtained from the data management questionnaire. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans. The sample used in this study used a saturated sample with a total of 70 respondents and the analytical technique used in this study was statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study prove that organizational justice and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Justice, Work Motivation, Teamwork, Employees Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada kantor PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang di dapat dari pengelolaan data kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Cipta Abadi Jaya Trans. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 70 responden dan teknik analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Keadilan organisasi dan Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh postif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
