Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and organizational citizenhsip behavior on employees performance of PT. Maligi Permata Industrial Estate. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Maligi Permata Industrial Estate. This study was conducted on 85 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employees perfomance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employees performance and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employees perfomance of PT. Maligi Permata Industrial Estate Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment And Organizational Citizenhsip Behavior, Employees Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Maligi Permata Industrial Estate. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Maligi Permata Industrial Estate. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
