Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of work motivation, work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Core Salvus. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT. Salvus Inti. This research was conducted on 44 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this study state that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a significant positive effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Salvus Inti. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Stress, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, stress kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kaaaryawan PT. Salvus Inti. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Salvus Inti. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 44 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
