Abstract

Rawa Buntu Station in 2020 experienced an increase in the length of the platform, which previously could only serve 10 carriages, now can serve 12 train carriages, identification of station performance needs to be done to find out the factors that need to be improved again. This study aims to examine the quality of performance provided by Rawa Buntu Station and determine which attributes are priorities for improvement. The regulations used in this study are PM 29 of 2011 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Station Buildings and PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transportation of People by Train. The methods used are Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The area of the station building and the width of the platform at Rawa Buntu Station exceeds the calculation of PM 29 of 2011 regarding the technical requirements of the train station building of 17,283.66 (m2) and the width of the platform is 5 meters. Based on the analysis of the CSI method, the passenger satisfaction index of 69.57% is included in the PUAS category, which means that the user is satisfied with the performance provided by the station. The results of the IPA analysis show that there are 7 attributes that need to be a top priority to be improved. Keywords: Rawa Buntu Station; Service Performance; Passenger Importance; Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) Stasiun Rawa Buntu pada tahun 2020 mengalami penambahan panjang peron, yang sebelumnya hanya bisa melayani 10 gerbong, kini dapat melayani 12 gerbong kereta api, identifikasi kinerja stasiun perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki lagi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa kualitas kinerja yang diberikan oleh Stasiun Rawa Buntu dan menentukan atribut yang menjadi prioritas untuk melakukan perbaikan. Peraturan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PM 29 tahun 2011 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Bangunan Stasiun Kereta Api dan PM 63 tahun 2019 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimum Angkutan Orang Dengan Kereta Api. Metode yang digunakan adalah Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Luas bangunan Stasiun dan lebar peron di Stasiun Rawa Buntu melebihi dari perhitungan PM 29 tahun 2011 tentang persyaratan teknis bangunan stasiun kereta api sebesar 17.283,66 (m2 ) dan lebar peron sebesar 5 meter. Berdasarkan analisan Metode CSI indeks kepuasan penumpang sebesar 69,57% masuk dalam katagori PUAS yang berarti pengguna puas dengan kinerja yang diberikan oleh pihak stasiun. Hasil dari analisa IPA didapatkan bahwa ada 7 atribut yang perlu menjadi prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan.
