Abstract
The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is increasing, even though during the pandemic it had receded. But now Indonesia is slowly starting to rise again and shows that the number of visits and tourism, both local and foreign, is starting to increase. Kuningan Regency has a panoramic view of natural beauty surrounded by lakes, waterfalls, and various fun water attractions. In addition to natural attractions, such as climbing Mount Ciremai, Cipanis River, and Cibulan springs, Kuningan tries to offer historical tourism objects combined with natural and culinary attractions. With this approach to Nature as an Architectural Element, it is explained from the natural approach here that is taken from the theory of biophilic architecture which is an architecture that relates between nature and the psychology of its users, as well as in the application of the biophilic concept, it is expected to create conditions or an atmosphere of society where they do not feel stressed and can reduce stress. one's level of stress. Meanwhile, from the architectural elements, which is a way of structuring the elements as a whole so that the flow becomes more comfortable. That way the design of this Resort Hotel has a design goal in its architecture for needs that contain comfort, a healthy lifestyle by complying with an existing standard. Keywords: Hotel Resort, Kuningan, Nature (Biophilic), Architectural Elements. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia semakin meningkat, meskipun pada saat masa pandemi sempat surut. Namun kini Indonesia perlahan mulai bangkit kembali dan menunjukan bahwa angka kunjungan pariwisata baik lokal maupun mancanegara mulai terjadi peningkatan. Kabupaten Kuningan memiliki panorama keindahan alam yang dikelilingi danau, curug, dan berbagai wisata air yang menyenangkan. Selain obyek wisata alam, seperti pendakian Gunung Ciremai, Sungai Cipanis, dan mata air Cibulan, Kuningan mencoba menawarkan obyek wisata sejarah yang dipadukan dengan daya tarik alam dan kulinernya. Dengan pendekatan Alam sebagai Elemen Arsitektur ini, dijelaskan maksud dari pendekatan alam disini yaitu yang diambil dari teori arsitektur biophilic yang merupakan konsep arsitektur yang berhubungan antar alam dengan psikologis penggunanya, serta dalam penerapan konsep biophilic diharapkan dapat menciptakan kondisi atau suasana dimana masyarakat tidak merasa stress dan dapat mengurangi tingkat kesetresan seseorang. Sedangkan dari elemen arsitektur yang dimaksudkan adalah cara penataan elemen secara keseluruhan agar alur menjadi lebih nyaman. Dengan begitu perancangan Hotel Resort ini memiliki tujuan desain pada arsitekturnya untuk kebutuhan yang berisikan kenyamanan, gaya hidup yang sehat dengan mematuhi sebuah standar yang ada.
