Abstract
A problem that is closely related to scheduling project implementation is the duration of the project, therefore proper project control management is needed to support the success of a project. The object of research on the Access Bridge LRT – JABODEBEK construction project is carried out by PT.Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, one of the ongoing progress work in the construction of the Access Bridge is the construction of the Steel Structure Access Bridge Pancoran Station. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of time effectiveness and cost efficiency as well as the strategies used to improve performance in project development. The data analysis method used in this study, using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method to determine the trajectory of critical activities, and then conducting a method TCTO (Time Cost Trade Off) analysis to know the magnitude of time effectiveness and cost efficiency. From the results of the calculation of the analysis of the total indirect costs and direct costs obtained the most optimal on increasing the overtime performance of 4 hours with a total time effectiveness of 23.92 days and with a total direct cost efficiency of Rp. 7,500,994,808,2454 without additional labor and heavy equipment. Keywords : CPM, TCTO, Efficiency, Effectivnes Permasalahan yang sangat berkaitan dengan penjadwalan pelaksanaan proyek adalah durasi proyek, oleh karena itu diperlukan manajeman pengendalian proyek yang tepat untuk menunjang keberhasilan suatu proyek. objek penelitian pada proyek pembangunan Access Bridge LRT – JABODEBEK dikerjakan oleh PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, salah satu pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung dalam pembangunan Access Bridge adalah pembangunan Steel Structure Access Bridge Pancoran Station. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar efektivitas waktu dan efisiensi biaya serta strategi yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam pembangunan proyek. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Method) untuk mengetahui lintasan kegiatan kritis, dan analisis TCTO (Time Cost Trade OFF) untuk mengetahui besar efektivitas waktu dan efisiensi biaya. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis Indirect Cost dan Direct Cost didapatkan besar efisiennsi biaya yang paling optimal adalah pada peningkatan kinerja lembur 4 jam dengan total efektivitas waktu 23.92 hari dan dengan efisiensi total biaya langsung proyek Rp 7,500,994,808.2454 tanpa penambahan tenaga kerja dan alat berat. Kata kunci: CPM, TCTO, Efisiensi, Efektivitas.
