Abstract

Internal communication plays an important role in an organization and is closely related to a high level of loyalty to their work and the organization they work for. Therefore, in an organization, good and smooth internal communication must be fostered so that organizational goals can be achieved properly and as much as possible can help operate a company. Communication strategy according to Onong Uchjana Effendy is a combination of communication planning and communication management to achieve a goal. To achieve this goal, the communication strategy must be able to show how its tactical operations must be carried out, in the sense that the approach can vary from time to time depending on the situation and conditions. The paradigm in this study uses a post-positivistic paradigm, with a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of Owners, Managers, Employees of Toko Dian Marmer. Primary data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. This study uses qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of research and data analysis that was late carried out by researchers, the internal communication strategy of the Toko Dian Marmer carried out by the leadership was by delivering information that was easy to understand and could be accepted by employees so as to build employee loyalty, the communication strategy carried out was by providing direction clear communication to employees, manage communication between employees, and take a personal approach to all employees. Keywords : Strategy, Internal Communication, Work Loyalty Komunikasi internal memainkan peran penting dalam sebuah organisasi dan terkait erat dengan tingkat loyalitas yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan mereka dan organisasi tempat mereka bekerja. Oleh karena itu di dalam suatu organisasi harus dibina komunikasi internal yang baik dan lancar agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan baik dan semaksimal mungkin bisa membantu beroperasi suatu perusahaan. Strategi komunikasi menurut Onong Uchjana Effendy merupakan paduan antara perencanaan komunikasi (communication planning) dan manajemen komunikasi (communication management) untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, strategi komunikasi harus dapat menunjukkan bagaimana operasionalnya secara taktis harus dilakukan, dalam arti kata bahwa pendekatan (approach) dapat berbeda-beda sewaktu-waktu tergantung dari situasi dan kondisi. Paradigma dalam penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivistik, dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari Owner, Manager, Karyawan dari Toko Dian Marmer. Teknik Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dana analisis data yang telat dilakukan oleh peneliti, strategi komunikasi internal Toko Dian Marmer yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan adalah dengan penyampaian informasi yang mudah dimengerti dan bisa diterima oleh para karyawan sehingga membangun loyalitas kerja para karyawan, strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan memberikan arahan yang jelas keapda karyawan, mengelola komunikasi antar karyawan, dan melakukan pendekatan secara personal kepada seluruh karyawan.
