Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the mechanism of applying the principles of good corporate governance on the performance of financial conglomerates, the effect of financial conglomerate capital on the performance of financial conglomerates, empirical studies on financial conglomerate companies in 2016 – 2017. The population in this study is financial conglomerate companies. The period used is 2016-2017. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method is 60 data, and by using the SPSS statistical test. The results of statistical tests show that the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on the performance of the financial conglomerate, the capital of the financial conglomerate has a significant effect on the performance of the financial conglomerate. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, financial conglomerate capital and financial conglomerate performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Mekanisme Penerapan Prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Konglomerasi Keuangan, Pengaruh Permodalan Konglomerasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Konglomerasi Keuangan, studi empiris pada perusahaan konglomerasi keuangan tahun 2016 – 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan konglomerasi keuangan. Periode yang digunakan adalah tahun 2016-2017. Sampel yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling adalah sebanyak 60 data, dan dengan menggunakan uji stastistika SPSS. Hasil pengujian stastistik menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja konglomerasi keuangan, Permodalan konglomerasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja konglomerasi keuangan. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, permodalan konglomerasi keuangan dan kinerja konglomerasi keuangan.
