Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja budaya organisasi dan pengembangan karir , terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Kebon Jeruk Jakarta . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Jakarta seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 87 PT. orang. Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Kebon Jeruk T eknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda . Kerja Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organisasi kinerja karyawan . Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pengembangan Karir . berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . rja Karyawan Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kine This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and career development on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The State Savings Bank of the Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Branch, totaling 87 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection using survey m ethods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study proves that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a posi tive and significant effect on employee performance.
