Abstract

Property and real estate sector companies are an important sector for human life, this is because property and real estate sector companies have a fairly high investment value, are considered to have stable movements and increase company value. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, capital structure and firm growth on firm value. The objects used in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. This study uses 33 property and real estate companies during the 2015-2020 period and the total data used in this study is 198 as a sample. Purposive sampling method. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique used in this study. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive effect on firm value and firm growth has a positive effect on firm value. Contributions in this study are theoretical contributions, practical contributions and policy contributions that explain this research. It is hoped that this research can explain, provide, and become a reference for information on the influences that affect firm value on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Keywords : Firm Value, Firm Size, Capital Structure, Firm Growth Perusahaan sektor properti dan real estat merupakan sektor yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia, hal ini disebabkan karena perusahaan sektor properti dan real estat memiliki nilai investasi yang cukup tinggi, dinilai pergerakannya stabil dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti dan real estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan 33 perusahaan properti dan real estat selama periode 2015-2020 dan total data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 198 sebagai sampel. Metode purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Regresi linier berganda ialah teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini kontribusi teori, kontribusi praktik dan kontribusi kebijakan yang menjelaskan tentang penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan, memberikan, dan menjadi acuan informasi atas pengaruh yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan properti dan real estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
