Abstract

The Study aims to know the effect of Employee Retention, and Employee Loyalty on employee performance at RS Tiara Bekasi. The object of this research is non- medic employees who work at RS Tiara Bekasi. Thjs research was conducted using quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents and use probability sampling technique. The data analysis used is statiscal analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Employee Retention has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance and Employee Loyalty have positive significant effect to Employee performance.
