Abstract

Body shaming merupakan perilaku mengkritik atau mengomentari fisik atau tubuh diri sendiri maupun orang lain dengan cara yang negatif. Dampaknya korban body shaming umumnya akan menarik diri hingga depresi dan dapat menyebabkan keinginan bunuh diri. Maka dari itu, penulis sebagai copy writer dan tim hendak memproduksi Iklan Layanan Masyarakat yang menggambarkan dampak negatif dari perilaku body shaming dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat. Produksi Iklan Layanan Masyarakat ini memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu, tahapan pra produksi, proses produksi dan pasca produksi. Berdasarkan survei yang telah di lakukan, yang akan menjadi target sasaran adalah kalangan remaja mulai dari usia 19 – 25 tahun. Oleh sebab itu cerita dari Iklan Layanan Masyarakat ini berlatar belakang dari kehidupan keluarga yaitu kakak – beradik. Bercerita tentang seorang kakak yang tanpa sadar sering melakukan perilaku body shaming kepada adiknya yang berdampak pada keadaan psikis adik yang menjadi depresi. Iklan Layanan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perilaku body shaming serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar lebih bijak dalam berucap, berkomentar maupun berperilaku terhadap orang lain.. As a result, the victim of body humiliation will generally withdraw into depression and can lead to suicidal thoughts. Therefore, the writer as a copy writer and the team produces Public Service Announcement that describe the negative impact of bodily behavior being humiliated with the aim of educating the public. The production of this Public Service Announcement has 3 stages, namely preproduction, production process and post-production. Based on the survey that has been conducted, the target audience will be adolescents from 19-25 years of age. Therefore, the story from the Public Service Advertisement is based on family life, namely brothers and sisters. Tells the story of a brother who unconsciously performs bodily behavior that embarrasses his younger brother which has an impact on the psychic state of the younger sibling who becomes depressed. This public service announcement aims to educate the public about the impact of behavior that humiliates the body and increase public awareness to be wiser in speaking, commenting and behaving towards others.
