Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Performance at Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency, Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of this research is the Social Welfare Institution (LKS) in Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency,Banten with a population of 30 researchers. The sampling technique used non- probability sampling with a sample size of 30 caregivers who constituted the entire population. The nonprobability sampling used in this study was an analytical tool. Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS Software Version 3.0. The results of this study are that Organizational Learning and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Performance, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Performance. Keyword : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Organizational Performance pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Kabupaten dan Kota Tangerang, Banten, metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah pengasuh di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Kabupaten dan Kota Tangerang Banten, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 pengasuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan ukuran sampel 30 pengasuh yang merupakan seluruh jumlah populasi.Analisi data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Software Smart-PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Organizational Learning, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, dan Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance.
