Abstract
This research is to know the effect of Work Discipline, Work Stress and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera. Respondents in this research are employee of PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitive approach. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. This results showed that the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Stress has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance and Work Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
