Abstract
ABSTRAK Sebagai produsen semen, beton, dan mortar terkemuka dan terintegrasi di Indonesia. Holcim Mortar adalah produk mortar instant untuk aplikasi dinding yang spesifik, mortar render memiliki fungi sebagai plesteran dan acian. Penelitian dilakukan dalam rangka perancangan dan pengebangan produk Mortar Render di PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik produk Mortar Render yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Dalam hal ini, konsumen adalah pekerja bangunan yang telah menggunakan produk render di wilayah Cileungsi. Metode Quality Function Deployment digunakan untuk mempertemukan apa yang sebenarnya konsumen inginkan dan yang dapat PT. Holcim Indonesia mampu perbuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan QFD hingga fase design deployment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Matrix House of Quality yang dihasilkan pada QFD Fase 1 dan Matrix Design Deployment pada Fase 2. Pada Matrix House of Quality menghasilkan karakteristik yang paling dominan yaitu berfokus pada karakteristik teknis kualitas OPC yang akan berdampak pada atribut mudah menempel saat diaplikasikan, hemat aplikasi cat serta permukaan halus. Sedangkan pada Matrix Design Deployment dihasilkan tindakan yang sebaiknya dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan produk Mortar Render dapat dilihat dari hasil ranking part characteristic. Holcim Cement Mortar is instant for application-specific wall, mortar rendering have fungi as plastering and acian. Research carried out in the framework of product development design and Rendering Mortar of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk., aims to find out the characteristics of the product which corresponds to the Rendering Mortar desires and needs of consumers. In this case, the consumer is a construction worker who has been using the product rendering in Cileungsi region. Method of Quality Function Deployment used to bring together what exactly consumers want and that can PT. Holcim Indonesia is able to do. This research uses QFD to design phase of deployment. The results of this research is in the form of Matrix House of Quality produced on a QFD Matrix Design phase 1 and phase 2 on Deployment. At the House of Quality Matrix produces the most dominant characteristics that is focused on the technical characteristics of the quality of the OPC that will have an impact on the attributes easy stick when applied, save the application of paint and smooth surface. While in the Matrix Design Deployment resulting actions that should be done by a company to design and develop products Mortar Rendering can be seen from the results of the ranking part last.
