Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and working facilities on employee performance PT. Mowilex Jakarta Barat. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted at 83 employee PT. Mowilex Jakarta Barat. The research data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results show the value of Fcount = 15,061. Thus using a significance level of 0,05, the significance value less than 0,05. The means that the hypothesis that simultaneous variable compensation and working facilities have an influence on employee performance. The analysis showed that the compensation negatively affect employee performance. Working facilities positive effect on employee performance. Keywords : Compensation, Work Facilities and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mowilex Jakarta Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 83 karyawan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 15,061. Dengan demikian menggunakan taraf signifikasi 0,05, maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel kompensasi dan fasiltas kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
