Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study were 250 production employees of DTY PT. Sulindafin Tangerang. The sample used was 154 employees. Calculated based on Probability Sampling or Simple Random Sampling techniques. The method of data collection uses survey methods, with research instruments being questionnaires. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that work motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 karyawan produksi DTY PT. Sulindafin Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 154 karyawan. Dihitung berdasarkan teknik Probability Sampling atau Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
