Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of working conflicts and stress on the performance of employees of PT Eka Warna kimia Jakarta. This research is quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT. Eka Warna Kimia Jakarta with the total population of all employees totalling 156 employees. The samples in this study amounted to 112 employees taken using stratified random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are conducted with questionnaires. Test the validity and reliability of data using the current product correlation formula from Pearson and Alfa Cronbach. The data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are some linear regression analyses. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded, (1) there is a negative and significant effect of the working conflict on the employee performance of PT Eka Warna Kimia Jakarta, (2) there is a negative and significant effect of working stress on the performance of PT Eka Warna Kimia Jakarta. Keywords : Work Conflict, Stress Conflict, and Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh konflik kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Eka Warna Kimia Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. PT Eka Warna Kimia Jakarta dengan jumlah penduduk seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 156 karyawan. Sampel dalam studi ini berjumlah 112 karyawan yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Menguji validitas dan keandalan data menggunakan formula korelasi produk saat ini dari Pearson dan Alfa Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah beberapa analisis regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan, (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Eka warna kimia Jakarta, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari stress kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT Eka warna kimia Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Konflik Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
