Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, dan adversity quotient terhadap loyalitas karyawan dalam organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Utama Kedoya Permai Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 85 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 22 (Software Statistics Product for the Social Science). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Emotional Quotient berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dalam organisasi. Spiritual Quotient berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dalam organisasi. Adversity Quotient berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dalam organisasi.
