Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Kinerja Ruas Jalan Dan Simpanng Tiga Lengan Tak Bersinyal Jalan Cipayung Raya Dan Jalan Bina Marga Jakarta Timur, Nama : Hadi Wijaya, Dosen Pembimbing : Widodo Budi Dermawan,ST,M.SC , Tahun 2019 Sarana dan prasarana trasportasi yang baik akan menjadaikan kegiatan Trasportasi lebih efisien.Kendala Transportasi kebanyakan terjadi pada persimpangan yang mempertemukan lebih dari arus kendaraaan. Kinerja simpang mempengaruhi efisiensi kinerja ruas jalan.Penelitian kinerja ruas jalan dan simpang Cipayung Raya – Jakarta menggunakan acuan Buku Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Berdasarkan hasil survey pada simpang Cipayung Raya - Jakarta, volume kendaraan tertinggi terjadi pada sore hari Senin, 29 april 2019. Hasil dari perhitungan berdasarkan data hasil survei lapangan mendapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 1.79 dengan nilai Level Of Service F, menunjukan terhentinya arus kendaraan pada titik kemacetan seperti pertemuan jalur. Untuk ruas jalan Cipayung Raya - Jakarta arus kendaraan masih tercatat stabil dengan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 0.81 dengan nilai Level Of Service D yang berarti tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan masih stabil.dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan alternatif untuk simpang Cipayung Raya – Jakarta dengan di tambahkan median jalan dan pelarangan belok kanan dari jalan minor C arah dari Bina Marga menuju arah Cipayung Raya pada jam sibuk. Hasil dari alternatif mendapatkan nilai Derjata Kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0.75 dengan nilai Level Of Service D yang berarti kondisi arus lalu lintas tinggi, tetapi kondisi arus masih ternilai stabil. Kata Kunci : Analisa, Ruas Jalan, Simpang, Volume, Derajat Kejenuhan, MKJI 1997. 1 ABSTRACT Title: Road Segment and Intersection Analysis at Cipayung Raya Road and Bina Marga Road East Jakarta, Name: Hadi Wijaya, Supervisor: Widodo Budi Dermawan, ST. M.Sc, Year 2019 Better facilities and infrastructure will make transportation activity more efficient. Transportation problem usually happen at intersection that meet more than vehicle traffic. Intersection performance affect its road segment efficiency. The research of Cipayung Raya road segment and intersection use MKJI 1997 module as referency. Based on survey result at Cipayung Raya – Jakarta intersection, the highest volume of vehicle happened at afternoon 29th April 2019 on Monday. Result from calculation based on survey data shows the Degree of Saturation (DS) by about 1,79 with Level of Service Value F, show that vehicle flow stopped at traffic point like meeting route. For Cipayung Raya – Jakarta road segment, vehicle traffic Degree of Saturation value still make it stable at 0,81 with Level of Service value D which mean road segment service level still make it stable. From calculation result found an alternative for Cipayung Raya – Jakarta intersection with add some road medium and prohibited right turn from Minor C road from Bina Marga to Cipayung Raya at rush hour. Result of the alternative show the Degree of Saturation value by about 0,75 with Level of Service D which traffic flow is high, but still make it stable.
