Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Dampak perubahan rencana awal (basic design) alinye men vertikal dengan penam bahan Climbing Lane dan Emergency Escape Lane ter hadap tinjauan keselamatan pengguna jalan tol dan ki nerja waktu proyek. Nama : Idrus Hilala Nim : 41117320009 Pembimbing : Yopi Lutfiansyah, ST, MT, 2019 Jalan Tol Bakauheni - Sidomulyo merupakan bagian dari paket pekerjaan jalan tol Bakauheni - Terbanggi Besar dengan kondisi topografi melintasi bukit yang berbatu dan cukup tinggi. Pada rencana awal (basic design), akses jalan tol yang direncanakan dengan kecepatan 80 km/jam terdapat kelandaian 5% pada STA 0+461.94 - STA 1+361.94 (900 m) dan STA 1+744.49 - STA 2+800 (1055.51 m). Sesuai Standar Geometri Jalan Bebas Hambatan untuk Jalan Tol No.007/BM/2009 dan Kriteria Perencanaan Geometrik 2015, kondisi tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat kelandaian kritis (kelandaian 5% untuk kecepatan 80 km/jam, panjang landai kritis yang diijinkan 600 m) serta belum terakomodir secara menyeluruh yang disebabkan anggaran dan waktu pelaksanaan terbatas, sehingga pada pelaksanaan konstruksi diperoleh hasil topografi dan kondisi tanah berbeda, menyebabkan perencanaan alinyemen vertikal pada desain awal (basic design) belum memenuhi standar perencanaan dan kriteria kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan perubahan alinyemen vertikal geometrik dengan penambahan lajur pendakian dan lajur darurat yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan desain awal (basic design) sesuai Standard kriteria perencanaan, mengakomodir kenyamanan pengguna jalan tol dengan tidak mempengaruhi kinerja waktu proyek. Kata Kunci : Penambahan Climbing Lane dan Escape Lane, kenyamanan pengguna Jalan Tol dan kinerja waktu proyek. ABSTRACT Title : Impact of changes in the basic design vertical align ment with the addition Climbing Lane Lane and Emergency Escape to review the safety of road users tolls and project time performance. name: Idrus Hilala Nim: 41117320009 Supervisor: Yopi Lutfiansyah, ST, MT, 2019 Toll Road Bakauheni-Sidomulyo is part of the work packages motorway BakauheniTerbanggi with topography across the rocky hills and tall enough. In the basic design, access to the motorway is planned with a speed of 80 km/h there is a slope of 5% at STA 0+461.94 - STA 1+361.94 (900m) and STA 1+744.49 - STA 2+800 (1055.51m). According to Geometry Freeway to Highway Standard No.007/BM/2009 and Geometric Planning Criteria 2015, these conditions do not qualify critical flatness (flatness of 5% to a speed of 80 km/h, the critical allowable length sloping 600 m) and not thoroughly accommodated due to limited budget and time schedule, so that the execution of construction result different topography and soil conditions, causing vertical alignment of planning at the basic design have not met the criteria of planning and comfort of road users. It is therefore necessary to amend the vertical alignment geometric with the addition of climbing lane and emergency lane which aims to maintain the basic design according to Standard planning criteria, to accommodate the comfort of highway users do not adversely affect the project time performance.
