Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Financial Performance, Company Size, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership on Company Values. The population used in this study, namely Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange consistently in 2017-2019, has financial statements. So the samples used by this study as many as 26 companies with a total of 78 samples. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the variable (1) Financial Performance has a significant positive effect on the Company's Value, (2) The Size of the Company has no effect on the Company's Value, (3) Managerial Ownership has no effect on the Company's Value, (4) Institutional Ownership has no effect on the Company's Value. Keywords: Financial Performance, Company Size, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Kepemilikan Institusioanl terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara konsisten ditahun 2017-2019, memiliki laporan keuangan. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 26 perusahaan dengan total 78 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel (1) Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh Positif secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (3) Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (4) Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
