Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of transformasional leadership, career development and employee empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research population is 88 employees of PT Jasa raharja DKI Jakarta. The sample used was 88 employees, calculated based on the non probability sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire, Data analyzed method used Partial Least Square. This study proves that transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Career development have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Employee empowerment have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Keyword: Transformational leadership, career development, employee empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karir, dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Populasi penelitian ini adalah 88 orang karyawan tetap di PT. Jasa raharja (PERSERO) cabang utama DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 88 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus non probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, Pengembangan karir, Pemberdayaan karyawan, Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
