Abstract

This research aim to know analysis of organization performance, taken 43 respondens at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah dan Diklat Kabupaten Serang. As for counted variable pursuant to three factor that is Organization Culture (X1), Organization Characteristic (X2), Quality of Human Resource (X3), and Organization Performance (Y). Of factor (variable) the isn’t it with method research of Linear Regresi and SPSS 15.00 with the technique obtained by result of research as following : Organization Culture have positive relation and significantly to Organization Performance which are equal to 0.019 or 23.4% and the rest 76.6 % is explained by other variable. Organization Characteristic have positive relation and significantly to Organization Performance which are equal to 0.036 or 8,3 % and the rest 91,7 % is explained by other variable. Quality of Human Resource have positive relation and significantly to Performance Organization which are equal to 0.256 or 41.2 % and the rest 58.8 % is explained by other variable. Conducted research result, the most dominant factor that has influence in Organization Performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Dan Diklat Kabupaten Serang is Quality of Human Resource Variable which is equal to 0.256. Summary of conclusion state that Quality of Human Resource has given contribution equal to 41.2 % to Organization Performance. Datas analysis is also obtain value of R2 (Coefficient of Determination) that equal to 0,406. It means that 40.6% of Organization Performance variable is influenced by independence variables, that are Organization Culture, Organization Characteristic, and Quality of Human Resource, the rest of 59.4% of Organization Performance variable is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Kinerja Organisasi. Dengan mengambil 43 responden yang diambil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Dan Diklat Kabupaten Serang. Adapun variable yang dihitung berdasarkan 3 faktor yaitu Budaya Organisasi (X1), Karakteristik Organisasi (X2), Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (X3) dan Kinerja Organisasi (Y). dari faktor (variable) tersebut dioperasionalkan dengan metode penelitian Regresi Linier dan SPSS 15.00 Dengan teknik tersebut diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : Budaya Organisasi mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0.019 atau 23.4%. Karakteristik Organisasi mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,036 atau 8,3%. Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0.256 atau 41.2%. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Organisasi di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Dan Diklat Kabupaten Serang adalah Variabel Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia yang memiliki koefisien sebesar 0.256. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia memberikan kontribusi secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Organisasi sebesar 41.2%. Dari analisa perhitungan juga diperoleh nilai R2 (Koefisien Determinasi) sebesar 0,406. Artinya bahwa 40.6% variabel Kinerja Organisasi akan dijelaskan oleh variabel bebasnya, yaitu Budaya Organisasi, Karakteristik Organisasi dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Sedangkan sisanya 59.4% variabel Kinerja Organisasi akan dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel yang lain dalam penelitian ini.
