Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in improving employee performance. This type of research is a survey research conducted at the office Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jakarta, located in West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 90 employee people using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the saturated sample test because the population is small. The research uses Smart PLS, The results of this study indicate that the t-statistic test of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the office Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jakarta Keywords: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei yang dilakukan pada kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jakarta yang berlokasi di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam uji sample jenuh karena jumlah populasi sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t-statistic budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Jakarta Barat.
