Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Time during research in May 2019 to December 2019 with the population in this study were 105 employees and the sample size was 50 employees at Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) Karawang. The sampling method used was proportionate stratified random sampling by taking 50 employees who worked at Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) Karawang. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square. By using a Likert scale measurement, the type of data uses primary data and the research design uses causal analysis. This study proves that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Waktu selama meneliti pada Mei 2019 sampai desember 2019 dengan Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 karyawan dan pengambilan jumlah sampel menjadi 50 karyawan di Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) Karawang. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling dengan mengambil menjadi 50 karyawan yang bekerja di Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) Karawang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square. Dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert, jenis datanya memakai data Primer dan Desain Penelitian Memakai Analisis kausal. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.
