Abstract
In outsourcing company, human resources is very important to improving employee performance into an absolute thing that the company has a strong competitive edge, because basically performance is closely linked to the fulfillment of individual goals and will contribute to the organization's objectives. In 2015, the performance of the labor PT Krakatau Niaga Bersama does not meet the standards set by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, leadership and compensation for labor performance PT Krakatau Niaga Bersama with the use of questionnaires filled by manpower PT Krakatau Niaga Bersama outsourcing to PT Krakatau Steel are 40 people consisting of Office Boy, Secretary and the driver. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale with grades 1-10 (from totally disagree to strongly agree at all). The first questionnaire reliability and validity testing, then do tests on classical assumptions. Descriptive test is done to determine scooring for each variable and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Data processing using software SPSS 16. Results of this research is a positive influence on the performance of labor discipline PT Krakatau Niaga Bersama and there is a negative influence on the leadership and compensation for labor performance PT Krakatau Niaga Bersama.
