Abstract
Documentary film is a form of audio-visual work with a display format whose story idea tells a reality, using facts and data from an event. The Documentary Car Delivery for Breath is a social-themed documentary film with a portrait of the emergence of a foundation engaged in health services by providing free ambulance services for the poor and having very complete facilities. Currently, in Indonesia, limited accessibility is one of the factors that have not been optimal in providing health care facilities, one of which is that ambulance services are still not evenly distributed to the poor. Based on the concentration of the director, the film is divided into three acts. The first half tells the introduction of the foundation. The second half tells about the activities of the foundation and all the obstacles it faces. The final round which is the closing contains efforts to solve problems and hopes for the foundation. The documentary film “Car Introduction to the Breath” is a portrait of a community group with a directing design using the concept of a reconstruction approach with an observational style with the resource person as the speaker of the storyline. Keywords : Film Dokumenter, Sutradara, Ambulan Film dokumenter adalah suatu bentuk karya audio visual dengan format tayangan yang ide ceritanya menceritakan suatu realitas, menggunakan fakta dan data dari suatu peristiwa. Film dokumenter Mobil Pengantar Nafas merupakan film dokumenter bertema sosial dengan memiliki potret munculnya suatu yayasan yang bergerak di layanan kesehatan dengan menyediakan jasa ambulan gratis untuk kaum dhuafa dan memiliki fasiltas sangat lengkap. Saat ini di Indonesia keterbatasan aksesibilitas menjadi salah satu faktor belum optimalnya pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan salah satunya pelayanan ambulan masih belum merata hingga menyentuh masyarakat kurang mampu Berdasarkan kosentrasi sutradara, film ini dibagi menjadi tiga babak. Babak pertama menceritakan perkenalan yayasannya. Babak kedua menceritakan aktifitas yayasan dan segala hambatan yang dihadapi. Babak akhir yang menjadi penutup berisikan upaya penyelesaian masalah dan harapan-harapan untuk yayasan. Film dokumenter “Mobil Pengantar Nafas” ini bergenre potret kelompok masyarakat dengan perancangan penyutradaraan menggunakan konsep pendekatan rekontruksi dengan gaya observasi dengan narasumber sebagai penutur alur cerita.
